Rules

These guidelines were established to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. With a “Good Neighbor Policy” in mind, guest compliance is very much appreciated and will ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.  Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, modifications may be necessary. Therefore, management reserves the right to make changes deemed necessary to these rules at any time & without notice.

FAQs

We accept checks, money orders, cashier’s checks and credit cards.  Guests can pay by credit card over the phone or by logging into the guest portal. 

To receive the monthly rate, guests will need to call the office to complete an application, provide pictures of their RV and agree to a background check.

Long stay guests are required to provide pictures of all sides of their RV, complete an application, pay a $30/person application fee.  Park staff will complete a background check and will inform guests of their approval status.  Upon approval, guests may put down a $100 deposit to hold their site for a future date.  This is non-refundable and is applied to the first month’s site rent.
