This RV park is in a great location, far enough from the highway to be quiet and peaceful, but still convenient access to local restaurants and stores. Very reasonable pricing, free laundry and wifi, dog friendly with plenty of space to walk your dog. The manager Celeste is very friendly and helpful! She even went to the trouble of going to check on my RV for me and sending me photos, when I had to be away for work for a few days and a storm had gone through the area. Very much appreciated! I will be staying here any time I am in the Midland area.

Midland East RV Park – Quiet, Spacious, and Exceptional Hospitality (10/10) Midland East RV Park is a quiet and well-kept campground with large, spacious spots and a welcoming atmosphere. The neighbors and staff are incredibly friendly, making for a comfortable and stress-free stay. The park offers full hookups, and it’s conveniently located just 20 minutes from downtown Midland, making it easy to access anything you might need. One of the biggest highlights was the extremely clean and large laundry facility—where laundry is FREE! That’s a rare and much-appreciated perk. The staff went above and beyond for us, even extending our stay last minute when we ran into a vehicle issue. They are always available and quick to answer any questions, making sure guests are taken care of. Many of the people staying here are long-term workers, but the community is still very friendly and respectful. We’re traveling full-time and sharing our journey on TikTok/Instagram (@alaynamscwain), so if you want to see more about our stay here and other great campgrounds, check us out! 10/10 – Highly recommend for a peaceful and accommodating stay!

I appreciate their prompt assistance with billing inquiries and mail concerns. The management's swift response, especially in fixing laundry machine issues, has consistently impressed me. Their proactive approach ensures a hassle-free experience, making living in this RV park truly enjoyable. In addition, I want to highlight the meticulous care taken with the roads in and out of the RV park. The well-maintained infrastructure reflects the management's commitment to providing a smooth and safe environment for residents. It's evident that they prioritize both resident satisfaction and the overall upkeep of the community. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this RV Park managed by Celeste Cantu, and I can confidently say that my experience was outstanding! From the moment I arrived, Celeste made me feel welcome and ensured that my check-in process was smooth and efficient. Celeste's attention to detail is remarkable. The park was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. She went above and beyond to provide helpful information about local attractions and activities around the area. What truly sets Celeste apart is her commitment to guest satisfaction. She is always available to address any questions or concerns and does so with a friendly smile. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in her work. If you’re looking for a fantastic RV park experience, I highly recommend visiting and meeting Celeste Cantu. Her exceptional management and warm hospitality make all the difference!

Probably the best RV park in Midland, and absolutely the best manager! The manager lives on-site and patrols the park constantly, staying on top of all issues that might arrive, keeping the park safe. The park is clean, on-site laundromat and dumpsters, and a safe place to walk yourself or your dog. We've stayed at many parks in the area, but this one is my favorite. Long term guest in this park for sure.

We are on a long RV roadtrip, and the staff here was awesome! Lady in the office was extremely helpful, she took us to our site, made sure we were comfortable and just so very pleasant, love her! The park had everything we needed, laundry, and easy access full hook-ups. A lot of room, quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stop again when in the area and consider for long term whener around.

Update 12/13/24 This RV park has changed a lot since my first review. The new manager, Celeste, has improved the park so much. It is clean and kept up now. If she is unable to take your call, she calls back right away. The pricing is very reasonable which is the biggest reason we continue to come back. We love it here now. Thank you, Celeste. It took 3 days for someone to answer the phone. The RV park itself is not bad but it is not kept up there is trash and shrubs everywhere. The laundry room is filthy. I don't think anyone cleans the washers.

Good park with affordable rates. Bonus points for being dog friendly and having free laundry service. Management is also very helpful and kind.

Been here two months already, it's quiet and easy to get to. Not much for scenery but it makes up for it with alot of room to park and walk your dog, BBQ or whatever in a relaxed place where you aren't bothered. The washing machines are clean and easy to get to and so many that you don't have to wait on anybody.

Had a wonderful stay there. They were always very helpful and understanding. Any kind of issues and they were on top of it and quiet and wonderful rv park totally 100% recommended!!
